Growth is a Long Game.

A Note from the Founder

I’ve spent years at the intersection of the creative and the technical. With an engineering background and a career in marketing, I’ve always been fascinated by how things work, but more importantly, how they work together.

I started Kespero because I was fed up with the “shiny object” syndrome of modern agencies. Too many focus on the loud, short-term campaign that flashes bright and fades fast. But a brand isn’t a single firework; it’s built in the daily, small actions across every customer touchpoint that reinforce trust over time.

Mining the Past to Build the Future

In the rush for new business, many companies ignore the goldmine they already own: the data from their loyal customers. I believe in looking at past metrics to find the insights needed to move forward. It’s about using that data ethically to find more people to serve and more ways to offer value.

Bridging the Gap

Technical industries often lean too heavily toward the data, losing the human element, or too heavily toward the creative, losing the technical rigor. Clarity is the bridge between the two. It requires honesty, ethics, and—most importantly—empathy. Empathy is the glue; it’s how I step into your shoes to ensure your messaging doesn’t just sound “correct,” but feels “right” to your audience.

The Human Will in an AI World

We live in an age of algorithms, but data is not living. It has no desires. It doesn’t care if your brand lands or if your business makes money. AI can tell you what is likely to work based on averages, but it lacks the will that drives every buying decision and every partnership.

Marketing is a relationship. The longer we work together, the deeper our understanding becomes. If you’re looking for a quick fix, a vendor will do. But if you’re looking to grow, to build something that lasts and resonates in a world of noise, you need a partner.

I’m here to lend you my judgment, my time, and a human touch in an automated world. Let’s build something that keeps working long after the first campaign ends.
